Marinade: Steak

This marinade is simple and delicious and will make your next flank steak the most tender, juiciest bite of beef in town.   Although the prep time truly is only 10 minutes, you need to let the steak marinate overnight or for at least 8 hours in order for its magic to take effect.  Enjoy!


Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup
    red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 Cup
    red wine (nothing fancy)
  • 1/2 Cup
    Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 Cup
    soy sauce (reduced sodium)
  • 1 Cup
    extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 Cup
    dijon mustard
  • 4
    cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 Teaspoons
    black pepper, ground

Instructions

  1. Whisk it all together and submerge your steak(s)... allow to marinate overnight (or for at least 8 hours) and enjoy!
