Peanut Butter Kiss Cookies
These cookies will earn you kisses by the dozens. Trust me.

Pre heat oven to 350. Line your baking sheets with parchment. Unwrap about 50 hershey kisses and set aside.
Separate 1/2 cup of the sugar into a small bowl for rolling later.
Beat the brown sugar and the remaining 1 cup of white sugar together with the butter in a stand mixer or with a handheld mixer. Add eggs, one at a time, with the mixer on medium speed. Add almond extract and mix in the peanut butter.
In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, salt and baking soda.
Add the dry ingredients into the mixing bowl with the wet ingredients, with the mixer on low speed. Dough will become nice and soft as it is mixed.
When dough is mixed, roll into walnut-sized balls and roll in the 1/2 cup sugar you set aside earlier.
Place on trays about 2 inches apart and bake for about 8 - 10 minutes, or until the cookies crack on the sides. Press a kiss into the center of each hot cookie as they come out of the oven and allow to cool... but for a real treat, eat a few while they're warm! You deserve it!
